Awareness I works on the personality to make emotions and thought-patterns more harmonious, establishing an unhindered flow of energy in the emotions, mind, energy bodies and chakras. The chakras are wheel-like energy centres, connecting all the parts within us and distributing energy between all these different parts. The essences in this set help us to let go of blockages and prepare the person to open up to the soul. The connection to our soul will be unobstructed and the light of our soul will shine brightly through us. They provide us deeper awareness of our body, emotions and mind.

Each of the 9 bottles within this set works on a specific chakra to release tension and blockages, bringing it, and the meridians and organs it connects to, into better harmony.

For instance, the Joy & Laughter Flower Remedy works on the heart chakra and the meridians connected to it. The heart itself is strengthened and its healing power activated by using this essence. It will be easier for us to be at peace with life and to see its and our own comic sides. The result is joy and peace.

Self-Confidence: This remedy boosts self-confidence; it helps one be better grounded, courageous, self-assured, more ready to tackle prosperity; and to be in harmony with nature. It helps to manifest into matter the reality we dream of. Good to use when you feel lost and unsure of yourself, are confused, experience difficulty in making decisions, or when others seem to have too much influence over you. Releases de-pression. Balances the root chakra. Contains the flower essences of pure Icelandic Mountain avens (Dryas octopetala), Red clover (Trifolium pratense), Rowan (Sorbus aucuparia), Trailing azalea (Loisel-euria procumbens), and Yarrow (Achillea millefolium).

Relaxation: Helps to release the ideas we are used to holding onto, but are actually obstacles in our path to growth. Helps to let go of old behaviour patterns, to let go and let God!
