Kristbjorg´s Icelandic Flower Essences

Kristbjörg´s Icelandic Flower Essences exist both as combination and individual essences. There are 3 sets of combination essences: Awareness I, II and III. Their purpose is to raise our awareness; they work on the personality and soul, and help manifest the divine essence of our being.

The unique sequence of the Awareness Flower Essence sets provides a powerful vehicle to open ourselves to communion with our spirit. Using the Essences in this meditative way enables us to live according to our higher will and to discover our true purpose in life. We become more aware of who we truly are and are better able to raise our vibration.

Awareness Sets

Awareness I helps to bring the earthly, etheric, emotional and mental parts of us into harmony. The connection to our soul will be unobstructed and the light of our soul will shine brightly through us.

Awareness II facilitates further work on the soul connection, strengthening the light of our soul, our higher mind and emotions. The remedies in this set help to open the Akasha energies and we are able to raise our vibration to an even higher level.

Powerful Icelandic Nature Essences

The Icelandic Nature Essences are very powerful. I believe their power has to do with the remarkable environment the plants find themselves in here, the far North. The secret exists in how the Essences are made and the crystal clear and fresh Icelandic spring water used in their preparation.

Nature in Iceland

The Icelandic Nature Essences contain the essence of Iceland´s unique, unpolluted and unspoiled natural environment. Iceland is an island located in the North Atlantic Ocean with a population of 300,000 people. It is often called “The Land of Ice and Fire” due to its natural wonders such as earthquakes, glaciers, hot springs and volcanoes. It is also known for the purity of its air, soil and water. It is those pure extremes between the heat and cold of the elements that are transferred into the Nature Essences.

There is much uninhabited land in Iceland and very few people ever travel through it. The plants grow in peace, wild and undisturbed. Over the centuries they have been fortified by the harsh weather of Iceland, the frosts and storms, the long months of dark, cold winters and the short summer months, bright and windy. Only the strongest and most potent plants have survived. These hardy plants are untouched, clean and full of life energy.

How I make the Nature Essences

In creating the powerful Icelandic Nature Essences I work with Mother nature. I combine my inner force and guidance with the incredible blessings of the beautiful Icelandic Nature.

When I make a new Flower Essence, I do so with divine guidance. I am led to the plant. I collect the plants  right there in the wildernes. I make the essence from plants, in far away places, far from human habitation and traffic, where only the insects, birds and the animals go, where the plants are in their purest and most powerful state. I am alone with the elements of nature and focus my attention onto her.

As I still my mind and body, the spirit of the plant starts to “communicate” with me and shows me just how to make the flower essence and reveals its purpose to me. In my meditative state I thank the plant for her gift of a new essence.

It is extremely important to actually make the essences close to where the plants grow. Each type of plant needs its own special treatment and it is often difficult to find the right conditions to collect the plant in its most potently energetic state. It is also very important that I am balanced, humble and clear, bringing a deep sense of respect to ‘Mother Nature’ in order that my energy does not interfere with, or get mixed with, the energy of the essence I am making. If that happens the plant´s energy is contaminated and the effectiveness of the essence will be distorted.

Over the years I have been blessed with a deep and expanded power of listening and now nature tells me the time is right for me to introduce the Flower Essences to all those who look to Nature to provide the answers. To be able to pass the energy from plants to humans is a wonderful gift that Nature blesses us with.

I learn more about the essences each day and new plants keep introducing themselves to me. All-in-all there are now about 100 plants that have given their power and energy to an Icelandic Flower Essence. I experience deep gratitude that I am permitted to share in all the cures and wisdom the plants bring to us.
